Terms and Conditions

Late Policy: Client must reschedule if more than 10 minutes late. No exceptions.

No Call/ No Shows: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file. Client will be banned from booking new appointments going forward.

Deposits/Consultation Fees: All deposits and booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy: At least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is required. Failure to provide at least a 24 hour notice will be subject to 50% of appointment fee.

Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds are given. Client must make stylist aware of any problems or complaints within 24 hours after appointment time.
